Home for All is AVA’s social programme for inclusive housing, run together with NGO partners. The goal is straightforward: make homes safer, more accessible, and easier to live in for seniors, people with disabilities, and families that need barrier‑aware design.

What the programme can fund
- Barrier-aware space planning (door widths, circulation, thresholds)
- Bathroom safety upgrades (anti-slip, grab bars, accessible layout)
- Lighting improvements and better wayfinding
- Kitchen usability and reachable storage
- Structural repair and moisture management where safety is impacted
- Smart add-ons that meaningfully help (alerts, automation, security)
Support depends on eligibility, an on-site and the funding available.
How it works
- Request: a family, NGO or community group refers a household and shares its needs.
- Eligibility and assessment: our NGO partner confirms eligibility and a verified professional from the AVA network assesses the home and lists priority upgrades.
- Approval: the scope and cost are agreed with the household and approved by the funding partner before work starts.
- Delivery: a verified professional carries out the work. Payment is released only after the work is checked, and photos and records are kept for every home.
Work is carried out by independent, verified professionals from the AVA network. Programme funds are held and paid out by our NGO / funding partners - AVA coordinates the programme and does not hold programme funds.
